Returns Policy
We accept returns on non-personalised items, provided they are returned in a new, unused condition at your own expense.
Unfortunately, personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or have been incorrectly personalised by us. In this example, all return postage/shipping costs will be paid for by CluckingBelle Designs. Please contact us as soon as any errors/damage are noticed.
If you’d like to return a non-personalised item, please get in touch using the contact form below. We’ll confirm your return and provide the return address.
To return an unwanted item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving it. Once approved, the item must be returned within the following 14 days. We’ll process your refund within 5 days of receiving the returned item.
