The customer service was impeccable, I had stupidly added the wrong date to the decoration in the personalisation section. The company obviously printed what I asked for as you expect and dispatched it. While it was on its way, I realised what I had done and contacted them. They messaged back promptly and very kindly offered to reprint and dispatch the new decoration without any charge. They are amazing and I am so grateful.
